The Bendigo Bank North Queensland Business Women Awards 2010-2011

The Townsville Business Women's Network's Annual Business Women's Awards recognize, congratulate and celebrate the business, career and working women in North Queensland who are at the forefront of their field, for their exceptional skills, business accruement, expertise, leadership, mentorship and their commitment to our community.

For the past 8 years Bendigo Bank have been the major alliance partner in these awards, highlighting their commitment to the community at large and to the business and career women in our region. Their support has been second to none and has allowed these Awards be such a success for all involved and we are thrilled to have them once again as the naming Rights Partner for this year's Awards.

The "Bendigo Bank Nth Qld Business Women Awards" for the 2010-2011 periods have special significance with the Gala Presentation Evening of the awards being moved to coincide with the 100th Year Celebrations of International Women's Day in March 2011. The TBWN Executive Committee committed to be part of this milestone celebrations by holding the Gala Presentation of our annual awards during what will be an exciting period of celebrations for business, career and working women.

These awards are now in their 15th year and during that period it has acknowledged the contribution its nominees and winners have bought to our region and has recognized the talent of the women in our region and established role models for our young women to emulate as they move into their careers or own businesses.

The Townsville business community recognises these awards as a highlight in the annual Townsville business calendar and the support shown by all aspects of the community is second to none.
